Energy efficiency of buildings - Calculation of the net, final and primary energy demand for heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water and lighting - Part 5: Final energy demand of heating systems
Abstract
This document specifies a procedure for determining the expenses of the heating system for buildings in its various process areas. It can also be used to determine the use of partial areas for heat supply to DIN/TS 18599-6 to DIN/TS 18599-8 and vice versa. The differentiated calculation of several zones of buildings with several balance units is possible in each case. This document specifies how the final energy demand of the heating system with its various process areas (transfer, distribution, storage and generation) is calculated. The loss and the auxiliary energy consumption of the individual process areas are determined and made available for further calculation in DIN/TS 18599-1 and DIN/TS 18599-2, insofar as they are located in the heated zone. Reference is made to the possible influence of the production of domestic hot water in accordance with DIN/TS 18599-8. Systems from other parts of DIN/TS 18599 (e.g. domestic ventilation according to DIN/TS 18599-6 or HVAC systems according to DIN/TS 18599-7), which require certain process areas, can be taken into account and calculated accordingly. A link is established in each case via DIN/TS 18599-1.
