Abstract
This document provides boundary conditions for buildings with residential and non-residential uses as well as climate data for the reference climate of Germany. Guideline values for boundary conditions of use for residential and non-residential buildings are given, which can be used if - laws, regulations, funding programs, etc. explicitly refer to the use of these values in energy demand balancing or - when carrying out general, engineering-based energy demand balancing of buildings with freely selectable boundary conditions, no values determined according to recognized rules of technology (e.g. according to specialist planning, operating information or metrological determination) are available.
