Electricity metering data exchange - The DLMS/COSEM suite - Part 8-12: Communication profile for Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN)
Abstract
The purpose of this document is to specify the DLMS/COSEM communication profile for Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN). It specifies how the COSEM data model and the DLMS/COSEM application layer can be used over various LPWAN technologies using an adaptation layer based on IETF RFC 8724 “SCHC: Generic Framework for Static Context Header Compression and Fragmentation”, and in particular over LoRaWAN.
