Overview
This European Standard EN 10251 specifies methods for the determination of geometrical characteristics of electrical steel sheet and strip. In the context of this revision, the data for determining the deviation from the shearing line due to internal stresses has been revised. The layouts and illustration of the figures were also improved. The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 021-00-07 GA "Elektroblech" (Electrical steel), Joint working committee of DIN Standards Committee Iron and Steel (FES) of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
