Overview

This supplement contains a list on the current status of the standards for mine plans. According to the ordinance on mine surveying work and observations of the surface (Markscheider-Bergverordnung - MarkschBergV (Mining Ordinance for Mine Surveying)), the generally accepted rules of mine surveying and surveying shall be adhered to for mine surveying and other surveying activities in connection with activities and facilities according to § 2 of the Bundesberggesetz (Federal Mining Act) - this includes, amongst others, exploration and exploitation of natural resources without concession status and natural resources owned by the surface owner and the associated surface rehabilitation. Adherence with these rules is presumed as long as the standards "Mine plans" are observed.
