Criteria for Trusted Transactions - Records Management and Evidence Retention in DLT and Blockchain
Abstract
This document defines criteria for the use of blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) for trustworthy digital transactions as well as the necessary authorization models from the point of view of records management and the preservation of evidential value.
This document applies to all digital transactions that are subject to legal or other documentation, storage and proof obligations, for which proper records management and the preservation of evidential value are required and which are mapped in blockchain / DLT.
