Packaging - Ease of opening
Working Committee NA 115-01-08 AA specifies requirements for the accessible design of packaging, including requirements for ease of opening and methods of evaluating if packaging can be easily opened. Working Committee NA 115-01-08 AA advises on the German viewpoints regarding standardization topics of the working groups CEN/TC 261/WG 2 "Packaging – Ease of opening" and ISO/TC 122/WG 9 "Accessible design for packaging" as well as formulating the German position on international and European standards projects. Further, the committee develops recommendations for international and European standards work, is responsible for nominating German experts to the working groups mentioned above, and systematically reviews national, European and international standards. When necessary, the committee works in cooperation with other working committees of the DIN Standards Committee Packaging (NAVp) on relevant topics, e.g. NA 115-01-03 AA "Marking".
