This document specifies a method for determining the curl of films and film laminates longitudinally and transversely to the machine direction. The curl is used for comparative assessment of the processability of films and film laminates in subsequent production processes. Three different measuring methods can be used for the test. The document was developed in the working committee NA 115-02-01 AA "Flexible packaging - laminates, films, sacks, bags, carrier bags" in the DIN Packaging Standards Committee (NAVp).
