Abstract
This document specifies instructions and qualification requirements for the deconstruction, dismantling, recycling and recovery of onshore wind turbines, taking into account the existing existing regulations on occupational safety and environmental protection. In addition, this document overview of the necessary preliminary investigations, planning and the associated official approvals. This document does not define the economic or political framework conditions for dismantling, continued operation or repowering. Nor does this document set out environmental guidelines or technical procedures for recycling.
