This technical standard is part of the series of standards for determining the energy consumption of commercial kitchen appliances. This part specifies appliance-specific requirements for determining the energy consumption of commercial waffle baking appliances. This standard ensures that a purchaser can select the most economically advantageous appliance for him or her already before purchasing an appliance.
