DIN Membership

DIN the German Institute for Standardization is a technical-scientific association responsible for technical standardization in Germany and for representing German interests in international and European standards organizations.
 
Its members support DIN conceptually and financially in its activities as a self-managing organ of the economic sector. Being a DIN member means having an active influence on the shape and competitive strength of the national economy, which in turn has a positive effect on your own business.
 
Companies, institutes and other legal entities can become members. At present there are about 1800 DIN members (as of 2009).
